Deliveries

Customers may arrange delivery of orders to their specified addresses at all times. Please see definitions of terms below;

• Delivery of orders from £500.00 and above within London will be delivered for free of charge.
• Orders over £500.00 outside London will incurred delivery charge.
• Arrangement of delivery of orders below £500.00  to all destinations will incurred delivery charges. Please note that due to variations in career charges which normally depend on distance between our warehouse to customers addresses, we will not be able to define a specific delivery charge cost. In this case customers should always find out how much it may cost for delivery of items to their addresses via e-mail or telephone before arranging for delivery. We may however arrange delivery on behalf of customers and invoice any delivery charge to customer’s total charges of goods. In this case we will call customers or e-mail them to discuss any delivery charge. Even though  this may seems complicated in some circumstances, we guarantee reasonable charges in all cases.
• Customers may also arrange for collection of orders placed directly from our warehouse.
• Please note that we are always ready to negotiate all transactions.
